西表島：定番のバラス島シュノーケリング ／ Iriomote: Snorkeling Off Barasu Island

サンゴ礁に囲まれた西表島だが、その中でもスポットとして知られるのはバラス島（水没中）。枝サンゴ・テーブルサンゴの美しさはもちろん、色鮮やかな魚やタイマイ（ウミガメ）が生息していてやはり楽しい。
Corals and other marine life near the tiny (and more often than not, sunken) Barasu Island, located between the islands of Iriomote and Hatoma in Okinawa, Japan. Denizens of the reef are both plentiful and colourful - mostly fish, but also a couple of hawksbill sea turtles.
